We are committed to patient confidentiality. Any personal or health information that is collected directly from you or from records obtained will be stored securely. We use a password protected electronic medical record, Accuro, where this information is kept. The sharing of your personal and health information is only done in your benefit and is kept within your circle of care (ex. Communicating with your primary care provider and other specialists involved in your care). Exceptions include situations where the informed consent of the patient has been obtained for disclosure or as provided for by law. 

All staff and physicians at Willow Obstetrics and Gynecology sign a confidentiality agreement. We are committed to continued education and quality improvement in regards to patient privacy and the duty of confidentiality.
