We use an automated system to confirm appointments and will attempt to get a hold of you if we do not hear from you. 48 hours notice are required for cancellations and changes and we reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments and late-notice cancellations. Our fee for missed appointments and late-notice cancellations is $50. 

If there is a second missed appointment, your referring care provider will be notified that we have not been able to see you and asked to either resend or redirect the referral if it is still required. 

Patients who arrive late for appointments including telehealth and phone appointments may not be able to be accommodated on the same day and may have to rebook.
